Service Description
STRONG girl STRONG is designed to introduce girls AND A PARENT (mom OR dad!) in 3rd - 8th grade to the components of a holistic approach to being a STRONG mountain biker! Coach Jody and amazing volunteer coaches will guide the girls through developmentally appropriate strength/core exercises, MTB skills work, stretching routines, and at the end of our session, we celebrate with a shred together on trail! Of course, we can't forget SNACKS and HYDRATION! Four Thursdays from 4:30 - 5:30 PM at Rhoads Fitness for strength, stretch and skills + a final Saturday celebration shred day at Fantasy Island!

Cancellation Policy
We keep our registration fees as low as possible, to make sure everyone can participate regardless of financial situations. However, our program fees are much more than what the registration fees cover. If you are in a position to make a donation to GRO girl GRO, we would be incredibly grateful. "Pay what you can" is our hope, whether that's the minimum registration cost, or something more generous. For GRO girl GRO after school programs, please book a session in which your daughter can attend all adventures (barring emergencies and illness, of course). Our aim is to increase the number of girls in Vail, Tucson and surrounding areas who are able to experience GRO girl GRO outdoor adventures. Once you select a session, you will receive a email containing the information your child will need for the sessions and information we need from you. It will serve as our liability waiver. Please complete the form prior to the first adventure. For MENTOR girl MENTOR (overnight or day) and CONFIDENCE girl CONFIDENCE Camps, we will cover the camping and cave tour fees for each of the girls AND provide bike packing and camping gear, trail tools, food, water, and kitchen set up. We are so excited to have your daughter join us for our outdoor adventures!
